Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of lumps on the tongue along with ear pain which seems to be due to swelling of lingual tonsils, food allergies, acid reflux and abnormal growth/cyst.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to

- Do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day.

- Take steam inhalation twice a day.

- Take diet with mineral and vitamins to boost the immunity.

- Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water and liquids.

- Avoid intake of outside food and cold carbonated beverages.

You should consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe fiberoptic laryngoscopy. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course to subside infection.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
