welcome to Health care magic.
1.The way you have described, it seems like lymph nodal enlargement.
2.In a case like you i would ask for an ultrasound neck to find out where the lumps are arising from and what they contains.
3. Lymph nodal enlargement generally seen after any infection / inflammation and any underlying systemic causes.
4.So if you are suffering from any thing get treated.
5.Dont be scared, i don't think its cancer. First get the needful things.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
