What Causes Lumps Inside The Testicles?

hello i am 16 and have a lump inside of my right testicle.It feels hard bumpy,also whenever i masterbate it becomes swollen,so right now im not masterbating and it s slowly becoming less swollen,but now i can feel the lump sinside of it as the swelling goes down ?

In this background I would suggest to consult your family doctor,who would check physically about the suspected lump in right testicle and would treat it properly.If need be he may refer for Second Opinion to Surgeon.
In My Opinion you seem to have problem of Confusion and obsession- anxiety as you are over-masturbate,which needs to be clarified by Second Opinion from your family doctor and your Surgeon if need be.
