I have had swollen lymph nodes on right side below hip, noticed while showering right side of lower pelvis was swollen and i felt inside vagina and towards right side there are what feela like two hard sore lumps connected. Has grown in size in past couple months. Have headaches, pain , light headed,

This is something you need to have checked immediately. Swollen lymph nodes can indicate a chronic infection of some sort, or even a cancer or lymphoma. The lumps could be deep abscesses or a tumor. The concern is that these are not going away and in fact are getting bigger. Get to a doctor and get examined right away. You might even need a biopsy of the lymph nodes to diagnose the exact problem. Hope this helps.
