What Causes Lumps In The Arm?

I found a bump today above my elbow on my arm. It looks like skin raised up and liquid comes out when you press on it. I was using a heating pad last night and was wondering if my skin could have blistered or is it something serious that I should get checked out.

Hi. Welcome to HMC. You should post one photograph of it then only exact cause can be identified and treated accordingly. If only water is coming then mostly it is blister and nothing to worry. Only apply Neosporin powder and keep it clean. If some dirty fluid is coming it may be pus and needs drainage by surgeon.
Regards.
