Hi welcome to healthcare Magic

you need to be clinically examined, whether the pain comes from lump or not related to it.. If necessary ECG is needed to rule out heart disease.. the biopsy of lump, gives the diagnosis..treatment is surgical excision...

My husband smokes medical marijuana several times daily and has been smoking pot since he was a teenager. He is 61. He recently noticed a painful lump in his left breast. The doctor he saw, not our usual PC who is on vacation, suggested pot may be the cause. He offered him no relief for the pain and scheduled a mammogram two weeks out. This lump is causing a lot of discomfort and he is definitely showing signs of gynycomastia. He needs relief for the pain prior to the the mammogram. What would you suggest? Thank you.

Hello, I am 57 post menopausal with Rheumatoid arthritis. Recently I have had pain in my left breast. It only last a second or two for a few days and then goes away for a few weeks - a month. The pain doesn t always feel the same or be in the exact same place. Mostly it is at the edge of my breast area. I am small breasted and feel no lumps. I saw my RA DR this week for a check up and he did a full blood work up and everything is normal including my CRP at.24. He also said my glands feel normal under my arms, neck, etc.. I have an apt with my Internal medicine Dr in 1.5 weeks. I have had regular mammograms & clinical breast exams for years. How scared should I be?

Hello, My father is diagnosed on the basis of an MRI with the following: 1. Grade 1 retrolisthesis at L2-3 level. 2. Vertebral endplate irregularity with signal alterations at L2-3 - mostly represents degenerative spondylitis 3. Broad based herniations at L3-4 and L4-5 with mild impression on thecal sac and bilateral adjacent nerve roots. We were told that this could lead to some severe problems with bowel and bladder movement. Is it possible to find out when and how this could occur? What will be the symtoms for bladder and bowel problems? Please advice. Regards, Sundar

I have a problem that is not resolving. I have right eye ptososis, strabismus, the eye no longer moves to the left and lately constant weeping/tearing from the eye. In the cavernous sinus, I have greater ectasia on the right vs left carotid on MRI and a vascular blush on a cerebral angiogram, suggestive of inflammation, tumor or fistula. Currently, there is no identified aneurysm, no inflammation or infection in CSF or blood, no identified fistula, and no tumor on MRI. High dose steroids are not resolving the problem. What other things could be assessed/examined?
