What Causes Lump On The Natal Cleft?

There is this lump in my butt crack and it was not there a hour ago. It is soft when I touch it and it feels like a big mole or something but it's not, it is the color of my skin. I am fat if that helps any. I am 19. I do not want to pop it because I am scared and I can feel it when I sit. Feels like it is getting bigger but I can be imagining things.

Hi,
This is likely to be a pilonidal cyst. This is cyst that is quite common and not serious. If it does not give you any pain then there is no need to do anything except make sure you keep the area clean and as dry as possible.
If it becomes painful, this would indicate it has become infected. In this case, see your doctor as you will need antibiotics. If it becomes troublesome then you may need it to be excised with a small surgical procedure.
