What Causes Lump On The Buttocks?

Hi, I am a 26 year old male and have recently developed a dime size lump on top of my buttcrack. The area around the lump is red and very tender. I have been experiencing severe lower back pain when lying, walking, sitting etc. Any thoughts? Thank you

hi,
It seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and looks like abscess formation.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course.
Ok and take care.
