i have streched ears and on my left ear beside my piercing on the back side of my ear where your earlobe meets your head i had a hard bump there i squeezed it yesterday and it poped and a white paste like substance came out what is it and is that normal or shoudl i go have it looked at

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.... the lump you describe is likely a post auricular dermoid cyst or a sebaceous cyst... have a consultation with your surgeon to completely remove it as it has a chance of recurrence if not removed... if it's one of the above two then it's benign....
