What Causes Lump On Right Side Of Skull?

my 1 year old daughter has a lump on the right side of her skull about 3 inches behind her ear and near the back of her neck. she hasnt fallen and she seems like it doesnt hurt when i touch it. she also had a fever for a few days but also had shots so i dont know if the fever is because of the lump or the shots. the fever has been gone for over 24 hours but now she has this lump.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have dermoid cyst or sebaceous cyst. Scalp it the most common site. However you should go for fine needle aspiration cytology for diagnosis because possibility of basaloid tumour is also there. Go for fnac and then take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
