Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted in your query.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
Your current health issues seem to be due to -Sebaceous Cysts of the Scrotum.
They are the cystic swelling of the blocked sebaceous glands and are painless moslty.
Thus its not testicle Cancer. Its not so common but occurs in scroal hair follicles.
You should concult Surgeon-from Surgical department.
Hence Other causes - need to be ruled out,by verification with Physician.

Do's-
Consult with Surgeon who would investigate history and physically examine to fix the cause of perpetual /recurring abdomen and testicle pain.
Get USG of scrotal area .
Surgical planned Excision is the treatment of choice for its Cure.
Maintain good private part hygiene to avoid recurrence after shaving of scrotum.
This would resolve the complaints of your's.

Constant follow-up with local family or specialist Urologist /Surgeon
for long term would give you long remissions of such pains in time to come, which would depend on meticulous follow-up treatment of your health concerns.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
