What Causes Lump In Lower Groin Area?

I have after lifting a lump that appears in my lower groin to the left it is movable at first I thought it was a testicle that had moved upwards,if I press and move it down it goes,I wonder if I need to have a truss or if you could recommend a support ,I am 66 and am quite fit and active I work every day in construction.

I would keep a possibility of Inguinal Hernia.

I would advice that you see a surgeon for proper evaluation and management. Till that time it would be advisable to not lift weights for fear of aggravating it
