What Causes Lump At The Top Of Nose?

Hi, I have a small hard lump at the top of the bridge of my nose. It reaches from the top of my nose, inbetween my eyebrows, to about a quarter up my forhead but it's not very lumpy, you can't see it but you can feel it and doesn't hurt or anything. It's under the skin. I was just wondering if there is anything to worry about?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
It could be a Sebaceous cyst or Dermoid cyst.
In my opinion, you should get it excised and send it for histopathological examination ( Biopsy ). Exact diagnosis will be confirmed.
please consult your Surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Nothing to worry.
Regards
