What Causes Lower Right Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Lightheadedness And Hot Flashes?

Well my daughter has been struggling with lower right abdomen pain for a couple of months! Now it s everyday, very intense, she gets nausea and light headed hot flashes too and is really interrupting her life style! She told me her stomach feels like its deteriorating, last month they found a cysts but said its not large enough to create all these problems

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have right abdominal pain, nausea, lightheadedness and hot flashes. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , anxiety disorder , medication reaction or side-effect , food allergy or gastritis . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor order CT scan , take history and examine with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic , anti inflammatory along wioth antibiotics like gentamycin and vestibular therapy . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for gastric problem . For now avoid bending forward , drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and eat light and non spicy .
