What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Pain?

Hi I haven lower left side abdominal pain (for about 3 years much worse when lying down and getting more intense. I have had a CT scan and colonoscopy which showed nothing. I have had a hysterectomy but ovaries still in. It is so painful it wakes me from my sleep. I do have Barret s Esophagus.. I take Somac daily and also Lyrica which so far has done nothing for the pain. I have also got left hand side vaginal pain which I have had for about 15 years. What could be possible causes and what should I do next? Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks Belinda be

I think, as u said if ur CT Scan and colonoscopy results have come normal, then the cause could be related to ur kidneys (left kidney), ... You can have your kidney function tests done and better repeat ur CT Scan for lower abdomen if it's been long since your first scan.Your vaginal pain could be a burning sensation because of UTI.
