What Causes Lower Hanging Testis?

My right testicle hangs lower than the left one and is bigger in appearance but when I feel around it feels mushy and when I squueze a little I can feel the actual testicle and it feels smaller than the left underneath the mush. Now before this I had two perfectly hard oval shaped testicles but my right testicle was always bigger now that it feels mushy it seems like it shrunk. I also gave a mild squeeze to each testicle and the pain in the right one feels different. It just Durant feel right.

I really appreciate your concern, actually this is the normal one, if there is no clinical symptoms like swelling, pain (without touching it), fever, then it could be matter of concern else difference in size and length in two testicle is insignificant and it is physiological phenomenon, I would advise you not to squeeze the testes else this may cause the trauma, no need to worry about this hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
