He has complained of lower back pain and now sever abdominal cramping. He refuses to go to the clinic hear and I am concerned for him. is there a diagnosis that matches these symptoms that I can use to encourage him to go. I think it is more sever than he is willing to admit.

What Causes Lower Backache And Abdominal Cramps?
Hi, A low backache can be caused by nerve compression. Do MRI of the LS spine. Abdominal cramps can be caused by abdomen infection. Do USG of the whole abdomen. Take Drotaverine group of drugs with doctor s advise. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Monish De, Oncologist
