Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that he might be anemic.

So you must go for complete hemogram, serum calcium, vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 blood test.

After getting the proper diagnosis take medicine. If there is any suspected ear infection then consult to ENT doctor in your location.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
