Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

This could be related to muscle weakness which is leading postural changes. Due to postural changes, there will be joint compression leading to pain. Undergoing physiotherapy sessions will be helpful to reduce the pain. Exercises like - core stability, hip muscle strengthening exercises and lower limb strengthening exercises will help to regain muscle strength and stability of the spine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
