General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
from history it seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and initially might not have noticed.
This might have caused lower backache during movement, pain in groin.
Now there might be having swelling, induration aggravating the problem.
Go for one antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicine course for 5 days.
Ok and take care.
