What Causes Lower Back Pain With Fever?

Good Morning Doctor my daughter which is 21 complained on lower back pain for few days then develop fewer 39.3 we went to see doctor and doctor said it is blader infection but she didn't take urin sample, and my daughter has not burning sensation when pee, she gave to her Keflex 250mg to take 1 every 6 hours, she is taking regularly this medicine together with paracetamol but fewer doesn't go down under 38.3 is it posible there is some another problem please answer I am so voried Thank you
