What Causes Lower Back Pain With Cramps And Bleeding?
Either I have my period or am having a miscarriage. Lower back pain. Lots of cramping. I ve been pooping a lot and I think its a result of the cramping and of course bleeding. Only pregnant symptoms I ve had are swelling of breasts/pain but that could also be from my period.

I believe it was your periods as they can also be painful and the symptoms you mentioned in your question are related to periods what we call in medical term as Dysmenorrhea sometimes breast tenderness is also experienced during periods. You can take Tab Meftalspass during pain.
