General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
These medication are for blood pressure and cardiac medications.
Although these medications have very little role to your back pain as such.
It is advisable to
Consult your physician, and get your blood pressure checked, and get done urine routine test, as medication may alter renal functions.
If everything is fine taking analgesic medication will help a lot.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you.
I find this answer helpful
