What Causes Lower Back Pain While Diagnosed With Osteoarthritis?

I am a 50 years old female. I have L3 L4 L5 S1 bulging I also have a cervical disc bulge all bulging left. I have L5 flattening completely around. I have lower back pain down butt cheeks around my hips down thighs almost to my feet it's all more so on left side been going on for about 10 years my initial back injury in 1999 but pain progressively getting worse I have osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, plantar faciitis, completely flat feet/roll inward walk on side of big toe, hypothyroidism, low blood sugar, severe migraines on left side also groin pain which was only on one side now both. 6 weeks ago had to jog about 6 blocks to get to appt on time and now my right shoulder arm and hand horribly arpel tunnel surgery left arm, now rt side needs it painful pins needles and numbness severe rt low back pain like electric shock down both sides hips butt and legs, lower legs and feet pins needles and severe pain mainly left foot. Pitting adema Sudden numbness in vagina as if it disappeared then felt again about a minute later. Shooting pain down inner thighs now. it seems to me like there is a serious issue here especially since all of my pain was to the left and now both sides. I'm also nauseous and I have a headache all the time,

arthritis is a common degenerative disorder affecting weight bearing joints like(knee,hip and small joints of hand and foot). degenerative arthritis can also occur in the spine and can be accompanied by old disc problems. degenerative arthritis of spine can be accompanied by radiation of pain in both upper and lower limbs. so in order to know the stage of arthritis you are in, you need to undergo radio logical investigations like MRI and XRAYS after consultation with a specialist.
