What Causes Lower Back Pain Radiating To Pelvis And Hip?

I have had lower back pain for about 3 weeks which goes to my hip and sometimes my pelvis where I have the sensation of ovulation but a bit stronger pain. I am wetting myself then a week later I can t pee at all. I m so so tired. Feel nausea if I sit down and the pain gets worse

Lumber spondylitis
Spondylolisthesis
Spinal cord injury
Nerve root lesion
SLE
Multiple sclerosis
Acute transverse myelitis
Neurosyphilis
Migrating arthritis
Urinary incontinence

In view of this please do the following test
MRI
Lumber x-ray
ANA electrophoresis
ESR
C-REACTIVE PROTEIN
Serology test
Rheumatoid factor
Serum electrolytes

Meanwhile please visit an orthopaedic specialist with the results and for further expect evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription

Moreover please take some analgesic pending your appointment
