What Causes Lower Back Pain, Cramps, Fatigue, Tiredness And Light Bleeding?

hi.. for last four to five days i have the following symptoms 1) lower back pain an mild cramps 2) fatigue 3)tiredness 4) and i was 3 days late to my periods and then again got light bleeding (usual i get heavier bleeding in my periods) is there any possibilities for pregnancy? im planning for an urine test tomorrow? what should i do if its positive? should i have complete bed rest for another week and then to get a scan and consult a doc.. or should i immediately go to a doc?

Hello,

You can wait up to a week after missing your period and do a home pregnancy test.
If you test positive start taking a folic acid supplement and schedule an appointment with ObGyn.
