What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?
Hi. The first day of my last cycle was January 26th. I took a blood test and tested positive for pregnancy. I should be about 10 weeks now. I have been suffering cramps and lower back pain and suddenly experienced dark brown spotting. I went to the er and they did a transvaginal ultrasound and said there was no embryo. It s been 3 days and now I m bleeding bright red and feel like I m on my period. But there is no clotting. What could possibly be going on? Have I lost my baby?
