What Causes Lower Back Discomfort, Frequent Urination And Fatigue?

I am 81 in good health, but suspect I may have Urinary Track symptoms: lower back discomfort frequent urination a hint of discomfort on the right side when I urinate. If I wait to have a diagnosis or treatment, what complication or issue may occur. I am also fatigued and recently experienced very slight dizziness on infrequent occasions.

Hello
Thanks for posting on HCM
Form the information give by you..
It can be due to UTI, Renal calculi etc
Fatigue is a part of many medical Conditions
I advise you to get
1. CBP
2. CUA
3. Serum creatinine
4. USG abdomen and pelvis
5. Tranrectal USG (for men)
with the above said investigations we may come to a conclusion and can start on precise treatment
If you wait for some more time condition may worsen and even Renal failure can occur, so get the investigation done ASAP
If you have anymore questions I would be happy to help you.
