Hi welcome to the health care magic and thanks for asking your query here
There are so many medical conditions which may be related to your problem including intestinal spasm, intestinal obstruction, appendicitis, or this may be related to pelvic muscle strains or there may be issue related to pelvic joint , this may also be caused by constipation or hard stool also we can not deny the possibility of a hernia as u complaints about pain on coughing and it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis
so finally i would strongly suggest you to see Your dr , he may go for all necessary medical investigations to rule out any underlying medical condition
I hope it help thanks again get well soon
