Hello, I read your message and understood your concern. CT and US tests can not detect anything. Your husband is too young to develop an enlarged prostate but prostatic hyperplasia can be developed in any age when hormonal imbalances are present. Specific urology tests like ureteroscopy and cystoscopy may be needed. An enlarged prostate and kidney troubles may lead to bloody urine and pain. Your husband must do some urine tests to see for special cells and elements and the presence of crystals to exclude infection and urinary stones. Any urethral trauma can lead to such symptoms and also the sex transmitted diseases are another factor. Although your husband has no fever some tests for infection must be done like urethral swab testing, another urine analysis and complete blood count.
