What Causes Lower Abdominal Pains And Hard Spots?

I'm having hard spots on my stomach feel pain when I touch them I'm on my depo so no pregnancy and its burning when I pee got checked for uti and std's came out clean ,I'm getting abdominal pain and pain from above my vagina to my belly button I've gotten an Ultrasound for my kidneys and ovaries the results came back clean please help?
