What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hello, on Friday, I began experiencing pain on my mid to lower right side of my abdomen. I went to urgent care and they said I have a bladder infection (they performed a screening on that). They said my pain is attributed to a pulled muscle but I don t think that s correct. Could it be from kidney infection, ruptured ovarian cyst? Could an inflamed urethra cause this? I just started Cipro, meds for twice a day.

You have provided limitted number of symptoms regarding your pain in the right midle of abdomin.
If such female patient comes to my clinic i woould asks
When did the pain started and how much it is severe
Where does it go from side it is started first
Buring of urine?
Do you have fever or nausia, vomiting
Then i would suggist to do
Ultrasound abdomin
Urinalysis
Full blood count
To exclude acute appendicitis
Renal or ureteric colic
A ruptured ovarian cyst is less likely the possibilty you should not worry about it
Then i would start her on empirical ciprofloxacin, piankillers,
