What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

my left ovary and tube were removed 3 weeks ago. I had a lot of pain in lower abdomen before surgery and now the pain is the same again. i am still taking vicadin, feeling frustrated at the pain and from not feeling a whole lot different. should i give things nore time? is this normal?

Hi.
Postoperative pain within weeks of surgery for removal of the left ovary and tube has to be taken seriously.
It is possible that there is development of an abscess or hematoma or intestinal obstruction.
This has to be studied and confirmed by a CT scan urgently and be treated accordingly.
I would recommend you that exploratory laparoscopy is good for diagnosis and treatment to.
