Hi. Postoperative pain within weeks of surgery for removal of the left ovary and tube has to be taken seriously. It is possible that there is development of an abscess or hematoma or intestinal obstruction. This has to be studied and confirmed by a CT scan urgently and be treated accordingly. I would recommend you that exploratory laparoscopy is good for diagnosis and treatment to.
