What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Persistently?

pain in the lower abdomen that has moved from right hand side to the middle. this happened from past three months. We have checked with a urologist & gastroentrologist who found nothing wrong with me. But from today afternoon the pain has moved from the right side below abdomen region to the centre below the navel above the penis. Is something serious & should I immediately go to a hospital? In the evening today I consulted a doctor in the emergency unit at columbia asia hospital? The doctor checked for Hernia & apendicitis problems. But I had neither problem. He suspects small kidney stones causing this pain. Two mths bk I had got my abdomen scanned for the same problem at manipal hospital. Both urologist & gastroentrologst found no problem here. pls advise - I am a married ,43 yrs old man with 2 children

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
You have been checked twice by an Urologist and Gastroenterologist. THey have tried to find for hernia and appendicitis , which was negative.

Now you have a pain that has shifted from the right lower abdomen to the center above the penis. I would advise you the following:
Yes, you should go to tee Hospital urgently as examination during pain can yield more clinical findings and you can have CT scan of the abdomen to rule out any internal problems.

The probable cause can be cystitis, right varicoecele, Meckel's diverticulitis as the pain is shifting in nature and above penis area.
Repeated examinations by the Doctor's can help to get a proper diagnosis.

A course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines along with probiotics, can help.
Also get all the relevant blood, urine and stool tests done.
