What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Before Having Periods?
Am 34 year,4ft tall,on 13.03.2014 i had my second child normally,three months later i experienced a sharp lower abdominal pain,after 2 weeks from the pain i got my periods ,now it s a routine two weeks before my periods i experience the same pain for 3-4 days,what could be the cause & what should i do?

Endometriosis and PID should be ruled out. Do one ultrasound scan to rule out pelvic pathology. Review with report. Good luck.
