What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Discharge After A Miscarriage?

Hi I had a miscarriage on August 28 and then a d and c done on September 2 and I didn t not get my periods hence the doctor suggested to take duphaston for 5 days as prolactin level was 37 and I have done the pregnancy test too which came down to 3.. I started intake of duphaston yesterday and last night I had vaginal discharge and now I feel nausea and feel dizzy when I m trying to go back to sleep. have lower back pain and slight cramps on the left side of the lower abdomen. What can be the reason Plz help

I understood your concern and My opinion is that lower abdominal pain and vaginal discharge few days post abortion or during immediate next period is normal so nothing to worry. You took duphaston ,it is progesterone tablet that also causes sometimes vague lower abdominal symptoms

If your pregnancy test is negative and you are having continuous pain than please take T Dolo 650 mg three times to get relief from pain
