What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Testicle Pain?
For the past four days I've been feening a sharp pain in my lower abdominal area on the left side. The pain is mild but I also feel it in my left testicle. The pain comes and go every 15-30 minutes. I have no lumps on my testicles and only the left side have a pain when touched. No bleening, discharges, or swelling.

That could be due to an upper ureteric calculi.
I would suggest that you get an ultrasound of your abdomen done to look for it.
Further management will depend upon the size, no. and location of the stones.
