What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Pain During Intercourse?

I was having low pain in my abdomen and sex was painful . An ultrasound showed shadows in the uterus . I am now getting spotting most days of brown discharge and mild cramping I have a app at hospital on Tuesday but it took 7 months to get it and I m very wortied

I understand your concern.
Having pain in the abdomen, pain during intercourse, spotting, brown discharge, mild cramping and ultrasound showing shadows in the uterus are all the symptoms indicative of 'pelvic inflammatory disease' (PID).
Kindly consult Gynecologist promptly and get yourself evaluated with the report as you would require to be treated with a course of antibiotics and antiinflammatory-analgesic medications.
