What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Constipation?

Iam having pain in my lower left abdomen, especially when I make some movements like try to sit or stand. All other times, Iam not feeling this pain. I generally have constipation (even before I have this pain), and with this pain also I have consipation. Iam not pregnant. Please suggest.

Hi,

Looks like your constipation is getting worse.

The pain is mostly due to your loaded bowel. So you need to take some laxatives to help clear your bowel and releive your pain.

Also eat more fibers in your diet, like oats, bananas, green leafy vegetables, cereals, etc., to prevent constipation.

Regards
