What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along Tenderness In Breast?

I am having mostly pain on the right side of my ovaries, every now and then on the left, I feel the pain when I bend my leg up while sitting down, lying on my stomach, or bending over. It also hurts when I push in between my ovaries in my lower abdomen. I feel very bloated, tender breasts, and I should start my period in about a week.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Your description is quite apt and I would recommend a visit to your doctor for an ultrasound examination of your abdomen and pelvis. This will help rule out/confirm any abnormalities of the ovaries (e.g. cysts).

This is important as it can be the cause for all your symptoms and it can help resolve your discomfort. A hormonal imbalance can result from the ovarian cysts which would explain symptoms of feeling bloated, breast tenderness and menstrual irregularities. So please visit your doctor and confirm the diagnosis and we can initiate treatment.

Best wishes.
