What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Laparoscopic Surgery?

I ve just had laparoscopic surgery last Thursday for possible lysis of adhesions and cauterization of endometriosis..needless to say the Dr found nothing. I m still experiencing the same significant pressure feeling on my left lower abdomen. I m take VSL 3 about 3-4 times a day. What can this be? What more can I do if anything? Help

You have been prescribed probiotic tablet suspecting as bacterial overgrowth syndrome. You can complete the course of prescribed medication.

If no improvement than antibiotic tablet additionally can be prescribed. No further workup needed just now.
