What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After An Injury?
Hi, I used to work at Target Distribution throwing boxes on a conveyer (most of the time the boxes were 30+ pounds) and I got injured due to overworking my body, and please note that I am a small male; about 5 9 and weight roughly 140 lbs. I have a sharp pain about 5 inches below my belly button (right above my testicles), my testicles have a sharp pain and as well as my appendix and kidney area. I m also noticing lower back pains, groin pain, and my hip pops if I lift my leg a specific direction. I went to the ER awhile ago and they didn t find anything unusual and said I just have an oversized blood vessel which I m starting to believe isn t the case. The hospital did nothing to help the pain, I don t even wanna go back to the hospital because I look at America s medical system as corruption, I feel they re only out for my money and nothing more. It s a constant pain that wont go away and I can no longer tolerate it. Pain pills don t do a thing and a heating pad or ice where the pain is doesn t help either. Have any idea what s wrong? Kidney failure, hernia (they said it wasn t a hernia), pulled groin muscle??

Causes for IBS need to be ruled out for fixing lower abdominal pain with works overstress.
I would suggest Consults with Surgeon and get physical examination and investigation for other causes of IBS leading to lower abdominal pain after? doubtful work stress / or work injury ,before starting any definitive treatment accordingly.
