Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Back pain and abdominal pain appear unrelated to injections.
You need to consult an orthopedics for back pain.
You need to get an ultrasound abdomen to assess the abdominal organs.
Thanks and take care
