What Causes Lower Abdominal And Back Pain After A Polypectomy?

Hi Doctor, My name is Stella I had a polypectomy three weeks ago and have a back and lower abdominal pain. Is it normal or could it be that I have an infection? I feel like I have to pee all the time. Maybe I have a problem with my kidneys? Thank you!
