What Causes Lower Abdomen Pain And Preterm Pain In Pregnancy?
iam pregnant of 3 weks, doctrs give me loprin and duphastin. i want to ask u abt thest tablts, before this i have a baby of 3 and half year and during that pregnancy i was totaly in bed in first week, i hve spoting than lower abdomen pain and preterm pain.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion loprin is a low molecular weight heparin.Heparin is an anticoagulant which prevents micro clots in placenta and ensures good blood supply and proper growth of fetus Dupaston is a progesterone hormone which helps in maintaining pregnancy.These two medicines are given in case of threatened abortion.
spotting,pain lower abdomen suggests threatened abortion.
Relax you are taking correct medication.Take good rest.Avoid intercourse and any physical or mental strain.Take good nutritious diet.
Dont worry mostly this type of pregnancies continue till term and will have good outcome with proper care.
