What Causes Low Urine Output With Burning Sensation During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 8 weeks pregnant and had a miscarriage last summer, today i had less urine output with mild burning sensation, some times I am having normal urine output with mild burning sensation, I am not having any nausea or vomitting, I am soo worried, could you please provide guidence

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You might have UTI (urinary track infection).

Investigations to be done are:

1) Urine routine microscopy
2) Urine culture and sensitivity
3) USG abdomen pelvis in case you are having renal stone (if you have pain in abdomen in loin region and back pain)
4) Renal function test

Treatment:

Tab. Nitrofurantoin twice daily for 7 days
Cital Syrup in 1 glass of water at night
Drink plenty of water
