Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from acute pharyngitis with tonsillitis with gaging sensation of mouth.

Avoid spicy food and cool drinks and freeze water. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet amoxiclav 625 mg twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
