What Causes Low Potassium Levels?

Am Currently taking lisinopril HCTX 12.5 mg twice a day and nifedipine 10 mg twice a day to control blood pressure. Am also taking half a lemon (juice) in warm water every morniing. My problem is that my most recent blood work shows my potassium level at 3.4 (decreasing from last checkup). Could any of the above be contributing to the loss of potassium in my body? Would it be advisable to take a potassium supplement? Thank you.

lisinopril have a adverse effect of causing high serum potassium and nifedipine cause low serum potassium so ther would be balance. 3.4 is is just low as normal is from 3.5-4 and the drug HCTX is a diuretic that causes low potassium. so removing hctx in your treatment is advised.
