Hello,

Hypokalemia is an electrolyte imbalance and is indicated by a low level of potassium in the blood.
Certain medication such as Anastrozole can be the cause of this medical condition.
Some advice that I can give to you are:
-Consume foods that are high in potassium include most fresh fruits and vegetables. Some specific examples include:Oranges and orange juice, leafy green vegetables
-Avoid caffeine and alcohol, as these can cause you to have electrolyte disturbances.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
