General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Lymphocytopenia, low lymphocyte count found in the blood is commonly due to viral infections(including HIV, AIDS) or under-nutrition. The other causes cam be bone pathology (aplastic anemia, lymphoproliferative disorders), autoimmune disorders(Lupus, RA, MG) and cancer.

Hope I have answered your query.
